My 88 year old mother’s failing health has forced me to reluctantly part with my shih tzus.  Spending more time with her means less time available for caring for my doggies.  These sweet little ones would all make excellent pets as they are all very affectionate.  The girls, except for Ivy, are still intact,  The boys are intact, also. I may consider small in-home breeders on a case-by-case basis for an extra charge.  All these sweethearts are fully crate trained.  The girls are very trustworthy in the house,

but the boys have been known to “lift a leg” on occasion. For that reason, they should wear belly bands.  I think, though, that with neutering and a little more training they could be taught to see the error of their ways :)
